Although they rearranged the appointment time twice the staff were very friendly and helpful when the engineer arrived to complete the work he was polite and had the job completed in under an hour am very pleased with every aspect of this company

Following the initial contact energysave north west responded very quickly with a site survey and provided an early date for the work to be carried out the person carrying out the work mr d jones was polite cheerful and very efficient clearing up after himself he did the job in quite hot conditions and is to be commended.
